Responsibilities:

Work in the Implementations team with a group of Implementation Project Engineers to build and maintain database structures, ETL processes, stored procedures, Data mapping, Data extracts and Data loads, build and audit reports. Would be accountable for the activities assigned as per the Project Plans and must be able to work on multiple projects at the same time and under tight schedules. Some of the key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Load, process and migrate incoming data feeds and create outgoing data extracts.
• Perform data conversions/migrations from client specific legacy data to SQL server database.
• SQL Server 2005 Database Development.
• Create and understand data mapping specifications.
• Use ETL tools and migrate applications and data through out the Implementation cycle.
• Write complex SQL scripts and procedures.
• Develop functions and stored procedures within new and existing SQL Server databases, Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Participate collaboratively with implementation team members.
• Effectively communicate project status and issues to project team, management and business stakeholders.
• Provide decision support and fulfill ad hoc requests.
• Should be responsible, organized and able to work independently under little supervision.
• Bring multiple, concurrent implementations to successful completion.

Skills, Experience: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 2-4 years of SQL development, including stored procedures.
• Strong RDBMS and Microsoft SQL Server skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Easily adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working with many and various data source formats (MS-Access, MS-Excel, FoxPro, etc.) and databases.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing/Dimensional Modeling.
• Knowledge of data transformation types and procedures.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET a plus.
• Political Campaign experiences a plus.
• Strong focus on creating high quality deliverables.
• Accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
